I AM KATIA LOSSANO.
An enthusiast for encouraging each person to develop, find and express the best in themselves, seek their maximum potential, pursue and fulfill dreams and leave their personal mark with a protagonist attitude.
I believe in the importance of continuous self-development and the empowerment that self-knowledge can provide, which has made me a tireless learner of theories, concepts and techniques to achieve this goal.
I have a degree in Psychology and Business Administration and I am certified in Executive Coaching, Life Coaching and Quantum Coaching by the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI). I am also part of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Throughout my 20-year career, I worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Executive, leading teams in person and remotely. I also led purpose-building projects (a topic with which I have a strong connection) and developed leadership and culture programs in national and multinational companies, which allowed me to interact and learn with hundreds of professionals.
I have lived in the United States, England, Mexico and currently live in Canada. From this international background, I was able to experience different cultures and, with that, broaden my view and understanding of people, relationships, situations and different contexts. In some of these countries, I was also able to participate in volunteer projects focused on personal development and emotional support.
I am Raphael's mother and Ricardo's wife and together we have Tony Stark – our Miniature Schnauzer. We love to travel the world to explore new places and cuisines – one of my great hobbies. In addition, I have a special affinity for subjects related to natural and energetic healing, which led me to study Bach Flower Remedies in England and Reiki in São Paulo and the United States.
